“Recently I have a very painful knee cap injury . Luckily I found a doc who could see me immediately. I was in terrible pain. He diffused my problem and brought me relief. He was very personable and young. Great doc. Would recommend to anyone.”

"On January 20th, 2026, I fell from the stairs and fractured my right kneecap (patella), left femur, left tibia, and right thumb. I was taken to the ER and spent 2 days there. As this was a claim through Worker’s comp, they sent me home because Worker’s comp insurance was going to do its process through its approved doctors. It took approximately 2 weeks to be seen by a doctor. Worker’s comp sent me to a clinic and was attended by Dr. Thomas Nguyen. He immediately sent me to take x-rays, and he was very concerned because time had passed and I needed urgent surgery and Worker’s comp acted very slow. Dr. Nguyen worked very fast to schedule the surgery. He finally scheduled the surgery, but I failed the pre-op because my calcium level was very high, and the surgery was cancelled. I went ahead and contacted my Primary Doctor and got into the ER to lower my calcium. It took 5 days at the hospital to do so. At that point, 5 weeks have already passed since my injury. Nothing was done with the results and again the surgery was delayed because it took around 4 days to hear back from Worker’s comp. Dr. Nguyen was very worried as he was seeing all my efforts, and also knowing that I could not walk or use the wheelchair, he decided to get more involved and go the extra mile so he draft a plan with the case manager from Worker’s comp to get my calcium levels down at the same hospital that I was getting surgery. Surgery was approved after 7 weeks of waiting.

I am very grateful to him, because if it was not for him and the action he took, I would still be at home waiting to get surgery. The wait caused a blood clot and had placed my knee at risk. Dr. Nguyen acted as a professional and did what his conscious dictated him."
